Helmet Schmelmet!

OK, you are probably thinking "what the heck is this?" Well, it's another quirky Filipino thing. Apparently, there is a helmet law here...now, it doesn't specify what kind of helmet. So, as you can see, hard hats and bicycle helmets are acceptable forms of "helmets" for the police. Frankly, why do they bother, it's not like anything other than a motorcycle helmet will save your brain from the impact of asphalt. Another one that leaves us speechless...
